How do I know which length to use?
For those with normal to medium period flow, the 28cm pad features pro-active side guards that rise in response to fluid, preventing leakage from the side.
If you’re prone to heavy period flow, we suggest using either the 32cm, 35cm or 41cm pad. These pads feature a Back Pro-Active Guard that helps to prevent back leakage. Longer lengths equal extra peace of mind!
Are these pads only for overnight use?
Kotex Soft® Overnight were specially designed for heavy flow nights. For most of us, that’s usually the first 2 nights of our period.
However, we all experience different periods. And if that means you’re prone to heavy flow during the day and night, then these pads are perfect for your entire cycle!
Is Kotex Soft® Overnight the only range with the Pro-Active Guard?
Yes! At the detection of fluid flow, the pro-active guard rises to block leakage.
The 28cm pad features pro-active side guards and the 32cm, 35cm and 41cm pads feature back pro-active guards.
How often should I change my pad?
Kotex Soft® Overnight come in longer lengths to trap maximum leakage and minimise change. Ultimately though, this depends on your type of flow. For those with heavier flow, we recommend changing pads more often.
Kotex Soft® comes in a wide range. How are the pads different?
Kotex Soft® Air is softer than cotton and super-thin, without any compromise on absorbency. Available in 23cm, 28cm and 32cm for day and night use.
Kotex Soft® Overnight is the only pad range to feature pro-active guards that rise against leaks. Available in 28cm, 32cm, 35cm and 41cm for heavy flow days or nights.
What is the shelf life/expiry date of these pads?
Our pads are good to go for 3 years from the date of production, (found on the side of the pack).
